This roughly 120 year old scale was manufactured by Hanson Bros out of Chicago, Illinois during the city's manufacturing heyday.

While built before the movement was mainstream this scale has shades of Art Deco design, intentional or not.

Overall in good condition, patina shows its age but most letters are readable.

Scale works perfectly, as accurate as modern devices.
